Meet Keith Polk, “The Brisket Man”
Keith Polk has been barbecuing since 1993, building decades of hands-on experience behind the grill and smoker. In December 2023, he turned that passion into Hang Down Barbecue LLC, bringing authentic smoked BBQ to families, gatherings, church events, and customers throughout the Crandall area.
Keith is also a Deacon at New Life Baptist Church of Crandall and is known by many as “The Brisket Man.” His goal is simple: serve flavorful BBQ, treat people well, and offer great value with every order.
To serve authentic smoked BBQ with bold flavor, friendly service, and value customers can enjoy.
To grow Hang Down BBQ into a trusted local BBQ business serving families, events, and the wider Crandall community.
What began as Keith Polk’s passion for barbecue in 1993 became Hang Down Barbecue LLC in December 2023.
